Ross- Business/Sales Manager & Director
Ross is one of the business owners, alongside Rose, Steven and Mel and takes on the role of Business/Sales Manager and director. Ross will be one of the friendly team who will help you through your Spa Pool and Narellan Swimming Pool journey, from conception to completion and everything in between. Ross strives for customer satisfaction and works hard to build strong relationships with customers, so he can help bring dreams to life. In his spare time, Ross enjoys mountain biking and working on his cars.

Rose - Office Manager

Rose is another business owner alongside Ross, Steven and Mel and takes on the role of Office Manager. Rose is the one you will probably hear from via email or by phone and will be the one to greet you when you come into our office and showroom. Rose loves to hear about the fun, enjoyment and relaxation customers get from their Spa Pools and their Swimming Pools and loves to see the smiles on the faces of our happy customers. In her spare time, Rose enjoys cooking and spending time in her magnificent garden.

Steven - Sales Manager

Steven is another business owner alongside Ross, Rose and Mel and takes on the role of Sales Manager. Steven, alongside Ross, will help you through your Spa Pool and Swimming Pool journey, right from the beginning, up until completion. Steven enjoys working alongside customers, hearing their plans and ideas and does his very best to make these come to life. Having smiling, satisfied customers who will have fun and enjoyment from their pool is what Steven strives to achieve. In his spare time, Steven enjoys mountain biking, hunting, fishing and keeping up with his two girls.

Mel - Office Administration, Sales & Marketing

Mel is also another business owner, alongside Ross, Rose and Steven and works part-time in Office Administration, Sales and Marketing. Mel is another face you may see, occasionally, in and around the office and showroom but spends most of her time working from home. Mel loves to hear about happy, excited customers who have Spa Pools and Swimming Pools delivered and installed and enjoys seeing progress photos of the amazing changes, landscapes and dreams created. In her spare time, Mel enjoys mountain biking, spending time with her pony and following her two girls with their interests.

Nicky - Office Administration & Sales

Nicky works full time in Office Administration and Sales and may be the smiling face you see when you come into the office and showroom or the one you receive an email or phone call from. Nicky enjoys helping people choose the spa pool that best meets their requirements from size, seat numbers, jet numbers, right down to the layout and colour. Nicky loves the process involved installing a Narellan Swimming Pool, right from the initial enquiry, right up until seeing the completed landscaped area that has been created. Nicky enjoys working alongside clients, planning, sharing ideas and bringing everything together to make dreams come true. In her spare time, Nicky enjoys keeping up with her three sons who are very keen sportsman and is currently undertaking renovations on her new home.

Levi - Site Foreman & Senior Pool Installer & Landscaper

Levi is our Site Foreman and our Senior Pool Installer and Landscaper and is a face you will see during most pool installations within the Manawatu, Taranaki and Wairarapa. Levi is a great leader and communicator and enjoys working with our team; teaching, supporting and encouraging them to grow in themselves and to further develop their own skills and knowledge around the pool installation and landscaping process. Levi has an eye for detail and gets great satisfaction from being part of the team who transforms a paddock or backyard into a beautiful enjoyment ahead of them. In his spare time, Levi enjoys spending time with his family, keeping up with his three children and loves to get out for a ride on his mountain bike, whenever he gets the chance.

Marty - Pool Technician

Marty is one of our amazing Pool Technician team members and works alongside Rachael to do your Pool Valet Service; making sure your swimming pool is balanced, clean and running as smoothly as it can be. Marty loves seeing the amazing Narellan Swimming Pool landscapes that have been created and loves seeing the personal aspects that people add to their pool, to make it their own. Marty works part-time and when he's not busy working, he enjoys spending time with his family and loves to get in a game of golf, when he can.

Rachael - Pool Technician

Rachael is another one of our amazing Pool Technician team members and will be another one of the lovely faces you have visit, to do your pool valet service; making sure your Swimming Pool is balanced, clean and running as smoothly, as it can be. Rachael works part-time and is a Mum to three beautiful children, so when she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and is busy keeping up with her three children.
